Indian Ocean
The private Luxery Lodge with proffesional fishing
About the tour
Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique… The coasts of all these countries are washed by the Indian Ocean, turning this part of the world into outstanding grounds for saltwater fishing.
The coastline structure of these countries is very diverse. There are numerous islands, shoals, and coral reefs where you can catch many reef species — GT, trout, barracuda, and others.
A deep drop-off located close to the shore creates excellent opportunities for trolling for famous predators such as marlin, sailfish, and tuna.

Main trophy: Giant Trevally (GT)
The strongest predator of East Africa
The main star of the coastal fishery is the GT (Giant Trevally). Explosive strikes, brutal takes, and instant dives back into the reef — this fish tests both tackle and angler reactions within seconds.
Alongside GT, these waters consistently produce coral trout, barracuda, and other aggressive reef predators.
Another advantage of the region is the steep drop-offs that run very close to shore.
This creates a rare opportunity to quickly switch to trolling for large pelagic species such as marlin, sailfish, and tuna.
A format where multiple styles of trophy saltwater fishing can be combined within a single trip.
